Instead, enclosed is your risk assessment sticker/s, which includes the date of the inspection and the five digit inspection number specifically related to your truck/machine.
To get a pdf copy of the risk assessment, scan the barcode on the sticker. You can then save the pdf, forward it on via SMS or email, or print it for your use.
We have included the sticker/s for the following items:

The sticker/s will need to be stuck on your truck/machine for easy identification – ensure it's stuck on a glass or metal surface and that the surface is flat and clean so that it doesn't peel off.
