Our Risk Assessments include a Risk Matrix, Hierarchy of Controls, Table of Hazards & Risk Assessment and Noise Assessment, as required under Workplace and Site Safety Laws.
What You Receive
After the inspection, you’ll receive an electronic copy of the risk assessment and a QR Code Sticker which allows you to download the risk assessment from anywhere, at any time. The sticker also includes the inspection number and date of inspection, so you can keep track of when your risk assessment is due to expire.
At an extra cost, we can also provide you with a Safety Sticker Kit to ensure compliance on all projects.
